This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible. We carried out an accessibility audit during the design and build of the site. The following content is not fully accessible:

• Video – some pages use decorative video. These videos do not have audio. In most cases the content of the video is also described in text on the page. Where it is not, we provide a text alternative.
• PDFs and other documents – our site may link to PDFs and documents hosted either by us or by other organisations. We work to make these accessible but this is not always possible.
• Third-party tools (Google reCAPTCHA) – automated testing 9 tools may report issues such as a missing form label or a <noscript> element. These are part of the reCAPTCHA code and cannot be fixed by us. They do not stop people completing forms. If you cannot use reCAPTCHA, please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will provide another way to submit your request.
• Third-party tools (Matterport) – the placeholder image for the virtual tour does not include alternative text. This is controlled by Matterport and cannot be changed by us.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Forms that use Google reCAPTCHA may trigger automated testing alerts, such as missing form labels or the presence of a <noscript> element. These issues are caused by the way reCAPTCHA is built and cannot currently be fixed by us. They do not prevent people from completing forms.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.

Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

• We are reviewing all new videos before publication to ensure they have appropriate text alternatives or captions where needed.
• We will ensure any new PDFs or documents we publish meet accessibility standards, and we are gradually replacing older documents where possible.
• We are monitoring feedback and will fix accessibility issues that are within our control as they are identified.
• We are monitoring accessibility issues with third-party tools such as Google reCAPTCHA and Matterport and will implement fixes when they become available.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 09.09.2025. The statement was last reviewed on 10.09.2005.

The test was carried out by Forgaard Agency Limited. All pages were tested using automated testing tools by our website team. A further audit of the website was carried out to the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
